How do i wash my Hero Bandana?

We recommend the Hero Bandana is machine washed with cold water and tumble dried on low. The Hero Bandana should not be dry-cleaned under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, merchandise purchases are not tax-deductible. However, a donation through our donation page is tax-deductible.

When will I receive my bandana after placing an order?

All SDF merchandise, including the Hero Bandana, ships within 7-10 business days.

Can I update my shipping info after placing an order?

Unfortunately, shipping information cannot be changed after an order has been placed. The shipping information provided during checkout is what will be used when preparing your order.

Can I use the bandana on other pets?

The short answer is yes, of course, have at it. The Hero Bandana is free to use for all creatures. However, any attempts to fasten the Hero Bandana to your Hero Turtle, Hero Goldfish, Hero Ferret or Hero Cockatoo are done so at your own risk.
